Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping via Australia Post for domestic orders. International orders (currently not available) may be subject to additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Customers can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia at this stage and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We additionally do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Willowicks.Australia@gmail.com to commence the return process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
